RATES FOR OUR MAUI CABINS, COTTAGES, AND INN ARE AS FOLLOWS:
THE INN
$140.00 per night, single or double occupancy, including continental breakfast. Two night minimum.
THE COUNTRY COTTAGE
$195.00 per night, single or double occupancy. Extra person(s) - $25.00 per night each. Three night minimum. (An exception will be made for a 2 night booking, with a cleaning fee of $40.00). No children under 13 yrs.
THE HIDDEN COTTAGE
$245 per night, for up to 2 persons only. Three night minimum. $220 per day, with a booking of seven nights.THE PINEAPPLE SWEET
$140.00 per night, single or double occupancy. Two night minimum. We supply breakfast for the first morning.TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hawaii has a general excise tax and room tax, totaling 11.4%, which is added to the base price per night. Receipt of your 50% deposit will confirm your reservation. Payment of the remaining balance needs to be received in our office thirty (30) days prior to arrival.In the event of a cancellation, a forty- five (45) day notice is required at which time money paid on account will be refunded, less a $100.00 processing fee. NO ADJUSTMENTS OR REFUNDS UPON ARRIVAL. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. There are no early check-ins, unless previously arranged. Check-out time is 11:00 Am.
We do not allow smoking in the buildings and ask our guests to smoke outside.
We accept personal checks and travelers checks. No credit cards. Call 800-932-3435 to make reservations. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will send you a map and a confirmation card as a receipt.
